Under no circumstances shall the Smol Compute team be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data or profit, arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on this site, even if the Smol Compute team has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Smol Compute will not be responsible for any outcome that may occur during the use of our resources. We reserve the right to change prices and revise the resource usage policy at any time.

All products are 100% digital and delivered immediately after purchase via Lemon Squeezy.

What you cannot do

  • You may not re-distribute our product(s) (free or paid), regardless of any modifications, under any circumstances. You cannot replicate or modify our products and list them as your own on your website or sell them to any third party.

  • You may not create a theme, template, or derivative work of any of our products to sell on any marketplace.

  • You may not resell or otherwise distribute downloaded assets on any marketplace, private channels, or bots under any circumstances.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of any of our products, whether modified or unmodified. All products are the intellectual property of Smol Compute.

Security & Payments

All payments are processed securely through lemonsqueezy.com (owned by Stripe). Smol Compute does not directly process payments through the website. Feel free to contact us with any questions about our security policies.

Data Collection

We do not collect the names or addresses of customers, but Stripe may require it at checkout if you pay by credit card. We have access to the email addresses of users who download or purchase from us. If you want to hide your email address, feel free to use a service like Apple’s Hide My Email, but make sure you retain access to it in order to receive updates. This is important for providing future support to our customers. Additionally, when a user purchases from us, they will automatically be signed up for our email subscriber list for future news, updates, and promotions. If any user wishes, they can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in the email.
